Terms and Conditions • The special rate applies to HLTFA301B Apply first aid “fastrack’ courses only. • Course to be conducted on the customer’s premises unless prior arrangements are made to use Medilife facilities at an additional cost • Course must be conducted in the areas serviced by Medilife. Country areas are available at an additional cost to the customer and assessed on a case by case situation. • Course inclusions, equipment and aids as per standard inclusions in Apply first aid. • Certificates are issued on successful completion of course. • Course will only commence on receipt of payment or company order/authority obtained beforehand • Delivery of course as per ‘fastrack” method.
