Corporate Policy

Fees and Enrolments:

Please refer to our published price lists for all courses currently available. Payment for courses can be made by credit card (Bankcard, Visa, Mastercard), cheque or cash/money order. We do not take American Express or Diners. Account customers can book students into our courses on receipt of a Purchase Order and then pay according to our credit terms. Credit terms are net 30 days and certificates are issued subject to payment being received.

GST:

First Aid Training is GST free. However, course materials that are not consumed and/or transformed during the course attract GST. Where applicable GST is included in the published course fees.

Invoices and Receipts:

Invoices are produced at the time of booking and are mailed and faxed to the client for payment. Payment terms are net 30 days.

Concessions:

Concessions are available to Social Security or full-time student card-holders subject to the card being sighted. Concessions are available on any Senior First Aid Course or Occupational First Aid Course.

Text Books and Course Materials:

Workbooks or manuals are provided in most courses and are included in the fees.

Cancelled Public Courses:

Courses with low enrolments may be cancelled, in which case you will be offered a refund or transfer (no administration fee is payable in this case).
Where the student cancels:
Less than 7 working days before the course a $25 administration fee will be charged unless a substitute student attends.
More than 7 working days before the course no administration fee applies.

Refunds and Transfers:

We cannot accept responsibility for changes in your personal circumstances. Please choose your course/date carefully as refunds will not be issued unless the course is cancelled or is full, or we receive more than 7 working days notice.

Parking:

We do not take any responsibility for providing parking or for loss, damage or injury.

Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted during the course. Regular breaks are provided for refreshments and/or smoking.
