Product Purchases

All product purchases are sent via courier or registered post and will require a signature to accept delivery. Delivery to a post office box will not be possible as all orders must be signed for.

If no one is at the specific address at time of delivery your purchase will be returned to your local Post Office and a notice will be left in your letter box for you to collect at your convenience.

All our shipping is charged at a flat rate so no matter how many items you order you will know exactly how much your shipping costs are before finalising your order.

When you receive your order will depend upon:

  1. Your credit card issuing bank approving your purchase;
  2. Whether we have the product in stock
  3. The delivery method

Generally delivery will take between 3 to 10 working days subject to stock availability.

We will send you an email confirming your order within 24 hours of placement of the order. You will be notified via email or phone if there is a delay with regards to your order.

  • Delivery is made to all Australian cities and territories
  • All purchases are insured for loss.
  • All purchases are traceable via Australia Post Parcel Post registered parcel system or BPX couriers.

Fastrack Student Packs

Your student pack will be sent to you either by Australia post or courier prior to your course. It will be sent to the address provided at the time of booking. It will take between 2-4 days for your student pack to arrive. If you require your pack urgently we can make arrangements for Express Post however this will be at your cost.
