Terms and conditions of all orders

You (the customer) are deemed to have read all the terms and conditions including all policies displayed on this web site and are deemed to have accepted them.

Legal Jurisdiction

All orders made through the Medilife web site and all incidental agreements and matters are governed by the laws of Australia.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee that our products will be delivered in new condition without damage or fault in craftsmanship. If the product was damaged at the time of delivery to you, you may return the product within 30 days (of the delivery date) for a refund of the product price. We are not able to refund the shipping cost as that will have been incurred.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return any item purchased on our Web site either by mail or in person to our Seven Hills head office. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to your for the value of the item. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Please Note: you need to notify us of the claim for a refund within 30 days by phone or email to advise us of the problem with the product. The customer will pay and be responsible for all shipping costs for the return of the product to us. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any shipping costs.

When the Guarantee will not apply:

Medilife reserves the right to refuse to refund the price of the product if the returned product is not in its original new and unused condition; if the product has been damaged; if it is not returned within 30 days of receipt by the customer; if you have changed your mind and no longer wish to keep the product. Refused items will be posted back to you and the additional postage will be charged.

Cancelling an order

The following provides basic guidelines for cancellation scenarios:

  • If a product has been dispatched that order may not be cancelled.

  • The satisfaction guarantee for the quality of the product may not be used to claim a refund when an attempt to cancel the order has previously been made.

  • If a customer attempts to cancel the order after one week of the order date a cancellation fee of $7.50 may apply.
