What is Risk Management?
Simply put, risk management is a two-step process - determining what risks exist in an organisation and then handling those risks in a way best suited to your organisation's objectives. This can involve a great deal of paperwork, when an unforseen risk is taken and results in an unfortuanate accident. Although the majority of companies try to manage their OH&S responsibilities manually using a paper based system. This method all to often becomes inaccurate, incomplete, lost or at worst non-existent.
To manage these issues and to manage ALL your OHS needs, we have just introduced an Intellegient Risk Manager (IRM) system.
This system offers a “simplified online” solution which includes a step by step procedure on reporting all your OHS related incidents. One of the many benefits of keeping it all together means that if you are asked to produce a document for any reason, you can do so easily. Companies will be able to attach their own Enterprise risk management and OH&S meetings minutes, claims forms or files and send them via email, to the appropriate people within the company or to the insurance company.
