Nationally Recognised Training course, designed to meet the needs of those wanting to build on their skills and knowledge acquired from the Apply First Aid HLTFA301B course, or for those requiring a higher level of preparedness in order to adequately handle a workplace emergency until the arrival of an ambulance. Our Apply Advanced First Aid course is conducted through a flexible delivery option. Meaning a theory component consisting of reading and completing the exercises in your First Aid For Life manual (which will be sent to you once you have paid for your booking) in your own time and at your own pace, prior to attending your 2 day face-to-face course.
Therefore your face-to-face course will consist of an overview of your manual with plenty of time to ask questions and will be filled with numerous practical scenarios to put your newly acquired or updated Life Skills to the test. This course will also prepare the first aider to skilfully use oxygen equipment available.
Pre-requisites to attending this course is that you have a current certificate/qualification in
Apply First Aid – HLTFA301B. Also, it is a must to have all pre-course work completed prior to attending the 2 day face-to-face course.
