 Nationally Recognised Training course, designed to provide necessary knowledge and skills to use oxygen in resuscitation, to provide supplemental oxygen for a breathing casualty and to operate oxygen equipment as part of first aid. Our Apply Advanced Resuscitation Techniques course is conducted in a 1 day face-to-face training day with all course work completed during the lesson.
Course participants must have successfully completed and hold a valid certificate for one of the following competency units / courses:
- HLTFA301B Apply First Aid
- HLTCPR201A Perform CPR
- HLTFA201A Provide Basic Emergency Life Support
It is recommended that people using advanced resuscitation techniques have completed HLTFA301B Apply First Aid.
