Our Apply First Aid Fastrack course is conducted through a flexible delivery option. Meaning a theory component (approx 2-8 hrs worth) consisting of reading and completing the exercises in your First Aid For Life manual (which will be sent to you once you have paid for your booking) in your own time and at your own pace, prior to attending your 1 day face-to-face course.

Therefore your 1 day face-to-face course will consist of an overview of your manual with plenty of time to ask questions and will be filled with numerous practical scenarios to put your newly acquired or updated Life Skills to the test. This flexible delivery option has quickly become our most popular choice!
